Ring in Pride month with roller skate discos, film screenings in the park, drag brunches, beer dabblers, dance parties, and downtown parades. Here’s an agenda of Pride Cities events happening around the Cities — and remember that local staples like Roxy’s Cabaret, Black Hart, and Lush Lounge & Theatre offer stellar events and community programming week in and week out. Meet at Mia: Movie in the Park
Head to the Minneapolis Institute of Art for a free outdoor screening of The Gospel According to André, a film exploring the life and legacy of acclaimed fashion editor André Leon Talley, plus art making and food trucks. The event runs from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; the screening begins at 8 p.m. Bring your own seats.

Pride Skate Party at Cheap Skate
Cheap Skate’s third annual Pride party promises a night of roller skating, music from local DJ Shannon Blowtorch, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC creative vendors, a photo booth, rainbow cake, and more. 9:30 p.m. to midnight; $20 entrance fee.

St. Paul Pride Festival and Parade
St. Paul’s Pride parade starts at the Bulldog in Lowertown at 10 a.m., followed by a festival at Rice Park from noon to 10 p.m. This year’s lineup features performances from local artists like Maria Isa and Ka Lia Universe, food vendors, and more.
Pride Weekend
Plush 2024
This year, Lush Lounge & Theatre’s 2024 Pride celebration runs from June 26 through June 30. Check out Instagram or Lush’s website for details on the full five-day lineup of drag bingo, drag brunch, trivia, performances, and dance parties.
Meet at Mia: Pride
Head to Target Park — the green space directly outside the Minneapolis Institute of Art — on June 27 for a free evening of art making and food from Tot Boss and MN Nice Cream, with music from local musician Dianne Miller. Short films will be shown from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; drag performances will run from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Pride Beer Dabbler
On June 28 from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden will host the annual Pride Beer Dabbler. Come for an evening of endless local beer and cider sampling; food from the Anchor Fish and Chips, EggRoll Queen, El Burrito Mercado, and many more; and live entertainment. Tickets range from $20 to $70 and can be purchased online.
The Saloon’s Pride Block Party
The Saloon’s Pride party runs from June 28 to June 30 this year, featuring performances form live music performances from Dorian Electra, the Scarlet Opera, and Cakes Da Killa; local DJs; drag performances; and a voguing competition. Get tickets online; both weekend and day passes are available.
Pride Palooza at Eat Street Crossing
Eat Street Crossing’s June 28 Pride celebration, hosted by Lala Luzious of POWER: Drag Revue, promises a night of music from DJ Nicky James, drag performances, Pride-themed food and cocktails. The event runs from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., admission is free; check online for VIP table package rates.
Twin Cities Pride Festival
Expect all the usual fun at this year’s TC Pride Festival, which runs from June 28 to June 30: local vendors, live performances, and food in Loring Park; a Sunday morning parade, and more. Admission is free.
Grrrl Scout’s Stop Light Pride Party
Grrrl Scout’s 11th annual Pride party, featuring pop-up performances, DJs, and a VIP section, is coming to the Fillmore on June 29 this year. Get tickets online.
Gay 90’s
The Gay 90’s Pride weekend celebration, which runs from June 26 to June 30, has a jam-packed schedule, feat. talent shows, karaoke, coronations, music and dancing, and, to top it off, a foam party. Find full details on Instagram.
